What is Spinal Decompression Therapy?

SDT is a non-surgical treatment to assist in resolution of pain for low back/leg and/ or neck/arm pain associated with degeneration or herniation.

SDT primarly works on the basis of relieving pressure on the spinal structure that is the major source of pain. The painless cyclical stretching reduces pressure and promotes blood and fluid flow thereby promoting healing of the associated joint in a natural method. It can relieve  the pain associated with bulging and herniated discs, degenerative discs, facet's syndrome, sciatica, and headaches.
